Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FastRank.io (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Cadunlock LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

2. The Service

FastRank.io provides software tools for Etsy sellers, including kit generation, competitor intelligence (“Radar”), and related digital workflows. AI Market Intelligence & Product Kit Suite for Digital Sellers. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & digital credits

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. The Service uses a credit-based model:

• Starter — 8 kit credits (one-time unlock via Etsy redemption or purchase, as offered).
• Pro — 60 kit credits per billing month while subscribed, plus included Radar allowances as shown in-app.

Credits are consumed when you run qualifying generation or scan actions. Unused credits may not roll over unless explicitly stated at purchase.

4. Payments

Paid plans and top-ups are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges per your selected plan until you cancel through the Stripe customer billing portal or as described at checkout. Prices and tax treatment are shown before payment.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell outputs at scale, infringe third-party rights, or use the Service for unlawful content. You are responsible for your Etsy listings and compliance with Etsy’s policies and applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service, software, and branding. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited license to use outputs you generate for your own commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your original business content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee Etsy sales, ranking, or algorithm outcomes. AI-assisted suggestions require your review before publication.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadunlock LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited.
