• Usage data: kit inputs/outputs, Radar queries, workflow metadata stored in your workspace.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive subscription status and customer IDs, not full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, session cookies, rate-limit logs, and security events.

How we use data

We use data to provide and secure the Service, process payments, communicate about your account, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance (account and Service delivery), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent where required (e.g., optional marketing if offered).

We use infrastructure and subprocessors (hosting, email, Stripe, AI providers as configured) under appropriate agreements. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries with safeguards where required.

Security

We apply industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to [email protected].

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
