• Bypass or misuse Stripe payment systems

• Submit false or fraudulent refund claims

3. System Abuse & Resource Misuse

Prohibited actions include:

• Excessive API calls (if applicable)
• High-volume automated scraping
• Repeated abusive requests to support or engineering
• Actions that interfere with Fastrank infrastructure

4. Security Responsibilities

Users must maintain strong security practices, including:

• Using accurate billing & identity information
• Keeping access credentials private
• Immediately reporting suspected vulnerabilities or breaches

5. Privacy & Data Protection Compliance

You may not use our services to violate privacy rights or applicable laws such as:

• GDPR

• ePrivacy regulations
• Intellectual property and copyright laws
